We support you
Experiencing health problems at work? Back pain, hearing loss, endometriosis, recovering from an accident, for example. If you are recognised as a worker with a disability, you can benefit from special arrangements to preserve your health and retain your work environment.
Being recognised as a worker with a disability is not the only way to be eligible for compensation schemes.
The following are equivalent: permanent disability of at least 10% and/or a disability pension, disability card, or other benefit for people with a disability.
A dedicated in-house contact
Finding yourself in difficulty at work, due to physical or psychological problems, a disabling or chronic illness can happen to anyone. That’s having disability. In 85% of cases, people are not born with these disabilities; they occur during a person’s life. The vast majority of them don’t prevent people from working.
Our Mission Handicap is available to answer your questions, provide you with confidential support, establish the necessary tools to facilitate your integration and continued employment in the Group, such as physical adjustments to workstations, organisational adjustments, tutoring, and travel assistance.
