Committed to continuous improvement, Esset Property Management achieved a score of 74 out of 100, rising to 70 out of 100 in 2022, placing the company in the top 3% of the EcoVadis ranking for the real estate sector.
Every year, over 100,000 companies in 175 countries and 200 different sectors are assessed by EcoVadis on the following four CSR themes:
- environment,
- social and human rights,
- business ethics,
- responsible purchasing.
Companies are assessed on 21 issues drawn from international CSR standards, such as the Global Compact principles, International Labour Organisation (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), ISO 26000, and the CERES principles.
This award is excellent recognition of our policies and actions for these issues. It also recognises the daily commitment of each and every one of us, placing CSR at the heart of our operations.
